The ease of use and navigation of product functions require careful consideration. An intuitive operation is not a given. Operations that may appear straightforward to those who build them cab be baffling to an untrained user.
Good ergonomics and clear graphical communication all improve a customer's brand experience. Minima's task mapping and user understanding helps design our client's technology from their customer's point of view. We have in-house testing space to conduct user group trials and always aim to put simplicity first. We also put our interation skills to product manuals and even detailed assembly instructions - useful if production may be located offshore.
